Overview
In the development process of electronic control systems, testing and verification are essential and significant steps. To achieve effective testing, a corresponding test and diagnostic environment must be established. Typically, testing and verification account for a large portion of the overall development cycle. A signal break-out box is a device that routes electrical signals to a test panel. The KL2317 signal break-out box simplifies test operations, shortens testing time, and facilitates the smooth setup of test and diagnostic environments.
It is connected by integrating the controller under test into a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test environment, routing signals from the corresponding channels on the front panel for easy observation, recording, and measurement. It also supports open/short circuit testing of signals, as well as short-to-ground and short-to-power tests.
