With the rapid development of electrification technologies in the IBR-dominated power system and high-end equipment sectors, the increasing frequency of power electronic devices, the growing complexity of grid transient processes, and the demand for precision in aircraft measurement and control are imposing higher requirements on signal acquisition systems. Application scenarios such as digital twins highlight an increasingly prominent need for high-frequency, high-precision data acquisition. Leveraging years of experience and technical expertise in the testing industry, KeLiang has developed the high-performance KL2910 Data Acquisition Unit. This data acquisition device features a per-unit capacity of 16 channels with independently adjustable sampling rates (1 kS/s to 10 MS/s), selectable input voltage ranges of ±100 VDC to ±1000 VDC, and an accuracy of 0.1% FS + 0.02% RD. It is capable of capturing multi-dimensional signals such as high-frequency harmonics from inverters (10 MS/s), IGBT switching transients in converter valves (1 MS/s), and transient fault recordings in distribution networks (1 kS/s). Simultaneously, it supports parallel multi-unit acquisition, effectively meeting the requirements for scenarios like broadband oscillation signal acquisition and analysis in new energy power stations, and acquisition and analysis of variable-frequency power systems in aviation.
