OP5600, building on 20 years of R&D experience in high-performance simulation hardware, integrates high performance, versatility, and reliability, making it a widely adopted real-time simulator in industrial and academic sectors. It is equipped with up to 32 high-performance Intel® Xeon® E5 processor cores and Xilinx® Spartan®-3 FPGA boards, while its onboard expansion slots support up to 8 analog or digital I/O boards, enabling up to 128 analog channels or 256 digital channels of high-speed I/O. Additionally, by extending the FPGA real-time simulator OP5607, it achieves CPU-FPGA co-simulation.

Product Composition
(1) A single unit can support up to 32 high-performance Intel® Xeon® E5 processor cores, equipped with the RedHat Linux real-time operating system for robust computational capabilities.
(2) It includes a Xilinx® Spartan® 3 FPGA board and provides 8 slots for analog or digital I/O boards, enabling support for up to 128 analog or 256 digital high-speed I/O channels.
(3) The system offers extensive communication protocol support for diverse industrial applications, including: IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104, IEEE C37.118, DNP3, ModBus, CAN, OPC UA/DA, FlexRay, ARINC-429, and more.
(4) It facilitates quick connections to oscilloscopes via RJ45 and Mini-BNC interfaces and features a standard DB37 interface for convenient I/O interfacing in HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) or RCP (Rapid Control Prototyping) applications.
